How do I know when i'm due?
The interlock determines when to come in. When your device is warning Service or Lockout in ___ days, please listen to the device.
How to check “Next Appointment”
- Turn the key on.
- When the device displays “ready for test please blow”, press the left button.
- press again until Service is highlighted, then press OK.
- scroll down to Next Service and press OK.
You’ll see Next Appointment Date and Service Reason.
Unable to make your appointment?
Submitting this form does not add extra time if you’re entering lockout. The maximum grace period is 5 days from your scheduled service date.
Example: scheduled for the 10th → latest is the 15th (not business days). We are not open on weekends.
